We are looking for an experienced Administration Manager to join our Human Resources team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in government relations, particularly with Tawteen (Nationalization) requirements, and be well-versed in the processes of the Central Bank of the UAE and the Ministry of HR & Emiratization, including visa applications, renewals, and cancellations.

Requirements
To qualify for the Latest Jobs in Dubai, applicants should meet the following requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in HR or a related field
- Minimum of eight years of experience in a similar role, preferably in a large-scale organization in the UAE
- In-depth knowledge of Central Bank's Tawteen system, with the ability to monitor and ensure organizational compliance
- Updated knowledge of local employment laws and HR compliance requirements
- Strong skills in preparing and submitting HR reports, including Tawteen compliance, employee data, and other workforce information, ensuring compliance with Central Bank requirements as needed
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English
- Strong presentation and analytical skills
- Proficiency in MS Office
