EnFM is seeking an experienced QHSE Officer to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in site inspections, risk assessments, and the implementation and maintenance of Quality, Health, Safety, and Environmental (QHSE) programs.

As a successful candidate for the Latest Jobs in Dubai, your responsibilities may include:
QHSE Program Implementation:
- Develop, implement, and maintain QHSE programs in line with company policies and international standards (e.g., ISO 9001, ISO 14001, ISO 45001).
- Ensure compliance with local, national, and international QHSE regulations.
Site Inspections & Audits:
- Conduct regular site inspections to identify potential hazards and ensure adherence to QHSE standards.
- Perform internal audits and prepare detailed reports with actionable recommendations.
Risk Management:
- Conduct risk assessments and develop mitigation strategies to minimize workplace risks.
- Monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of risk control measures.
Training & Awareness:
- Organize and deliver QHSE training programs for employees and contractors.
- Promote a culture of safety and environmental awareness across the organization.
Incident Management:
- Investigate incidents, accidents, and near-misses to identify root causes and implement corrective actions.
- Maintain accurate records of incidents and ensure timely reporting to relevant stakeholders.
Customer Relations:
- Liaise with clients, contractors, and regulatory authorities on QHSE matters.
- Address client concerns and ensure QHSE requirements are met in all projects.
Documentation & Reporting:
- Maintain up-to-date QHSE documentation, including policies, procedures, and records.
- Prepare and submit regular QHSE performance reports to management.

Requirements
To qualify for the Latest Jobs in Dubai, applicants should meet the following requirements:
- Degree or Diploma (3yrs)
- At least 2-3 years of experience in QHSE
- Risk Management
- Integrated management system process orientation
- Customer Relations
- Relevant HSE certifications (e.g., NEBOSH, OSHA)
- Working knowledge of ISO 9001, ISO 14001, and ISO 45001 is added advantage.
- Experience in Facilities Management is added advantage
- UAE Driving License
