As a successful candidate for the Latest Jobs in Abu Dhabi, your responsibilities may include:
- Handle EC&FZ collection process to ensure that outstanding receivables are recovered in a timely manner as per credit terms.
- Handle cash/cheques from investors, validate amounts received with Receivables Accountants and review all required documents before issuing payment receipts.
- Initiate customer statement of account and follow up with customers for overdue payment.
- Maintain accurate records of all customer’s payment, follow up activity, disputed invoices and customer minutes of meetings
- Follow up postdated cheques and raise customer returned cheque to the management.
- Prepare reports with regards to cash collection and accounts receivables when requested of all collections made by Clusters
- Prepare documents relating to month end closing
- Act as Accounts Receivables Receipt User for Accounts Receivables Module

Requirements
To qualify for the Latest Jobs in Abu Dhabi, applicants should meet the following requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Finance or a relevant field
- Excellent English. Arabic is an added advantage
- A minimum of 2 years of experience in a similar role
- Finance, Accounts Receivables, Credit Control etc.
- Knowledge on ERP and CRM preferably Oracle financials
- Strong communications skills
- Strong understanding of billing and collection processes.
- Problem solving, and analytical skills required
- Ability to work independently and to adapt to a fast changing environment.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office including Excel, Word, and Access.
- Creative, self-disciplined, and capable of identifying and completing critical tasks independently and with a sense of urgency.
- Good administrative skills
- Work under pressure
