Responsibilities

As a successful candidate for the Latest Jobs in Dubai, your responsibilities may include:

BOQ Preparation:

• Prepare detailed Bills of Quantities (BOQ) based on tender drawings and specifications.
• Extract quantities from tender drawings to ensure accuracy and alignment with project requirements.

Tender Documentation:

Cost Estimation:

• Conduct detailed cost estimation for MEP works, including pricing and rate buildup of materials, labor, plant, and miscellaneous items.
• Compare and analyze costs for efficient budgeting and tender submission.

Technical Correspondence:

• Liaise with consultants, clients, and authorities to address discrepancies in specifications, technical details, and BOQ.
• Raise queries and provide clarification to ensure tender requirements are fully met.

Subcontractor Management:

• Invite quotations from subcontractors and suppliers, perform negotiations, and conduct comparative analyses to finalize cost-effective options.
• Ensure compliance with contract requirements and provide insights to mitigate risks.

Requirements
