Responsibilities

As a successful candidate for the Latest Jobs in Dubai, your responsibilities may include:

• Manage vendor operations tasks and execute strategic projects while delivering on agreed KPIs 
• Train and support the team on how to provide excellent service and support for the partners in order to build strong relationship and resolve operational issues between partners and the company
• Work closely with the city sales team and vendor operations team to ensure the smooth vendor performance and support to reduce the fail rate, vendor delay, etc.
• Collaborate with the team to accomplish all daily tasks on time with a high level of quality
• Improve vendor training quality, introduce new training modules 
• Developing action plans with the department manager to address weak areas in need of improvement
• Drive key projects through end to end project management for performance improvement across vendor experience and performance areas
• Be hands-on with related back office tools and make necessary adjustments based on business needs.

Requirements

To qualify for the Latest Jobs in Dubai, applicants should meet the following requirements:

• Bachelor’s Degree is mandatory
• 3-4 years’ experience in operations or logistics. food/grocery tech industry
• Strong communication skills, both written and verbal
• Strong analytical and reporting skills. G-suit and MS office suite skills and Data Interpretation Skills
• Knowledgeable in operations and performance related tasks
• Experience in dealing with cross-cultural team members and cross-functional team.
• Ability to deal with ambiguity, work under pressure, handle stress. 
• A team player who can work in a fast-paced environment with a make-it-happen attitude
