Business Application Development:
- Develop and integrate SOAP and RESTful APIs.
- Code and debug client/server and web-based applications using Oracle PL/SQL, Oracle Application Express, Java, Spring Boot, and cloud technologies.
Team Supervision and Coordination:
- Supervise and effectively utilize the software development team to achieve organizational goals.
- Lead a team of Software Developers in creating innovative software solutions tailored to business needs.
Maintenance and Troubleshooting:
- Maintain and troubleshoot existing business applications.
- Manage and resolve issues related to integrations.
- Provide Level 2 (L2) and Level 3 (L3) technical and functional support for various in-house developed software programs.
Business Analysis and Design:
- Participate in the development and design of innovative applications.
- Engage in key phases of the system development lifecycle, including designing, coding, testing, documenting, installing, commissioning, implementing, and maintaining custom applications.

Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in computer science or a related field
- Minimum of 5-7 years of experience in developing and managing business applications, preferably within financial institutions
- At least 2 years of experience in managing a team of software developers
- Proficiency in Oracle APEX, SQL*Plus, PL/SQL, web servers, REST APIs, and SOAP
- Knowledge of Java, Spring Boot, and Windows Operating Systems
- Proven ability to manage and oversee long-term, complex projects
- Experience with business functions and processes
