Responsibilities

• Efficiently manage resources, including manpower, materials, and time, to meet targets.
• Oversee logistics and supply chain operations by coordinating with various departments and external vendors for timely delivery.
• Handle clerical duties such as phone calls, document preparation, and maintaining up-to-date records and reports.
• Analyze operational data, manage product inventory, and process expense reports.
• Manage accounts payable and receivable, resolve issues related to shipments, billing, and statements.
• Regularly communicate with sales executives and upper management.
• Provide front desk coverage and order office supplies as needed.
• Perform other related duties to support the company’s operations.
