- HR Generalist will handle a wide range of HR tasks, supporting various functions such as recruitment, employee lifecycle management, HR vendor management, HR data analytics, HR administration support, and other HR initiatives as required.
- HR Generalist will support in smooth operation of the HR function and contribute to fostering a positive work environment for our employees.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business, or any related field.
- Minimum 3 - 4 years of HR experience, ideally in a generalist role.
- Experience in managing multiple HR tasks efficiently.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Aptitude for problem-solving and thorough knowledge of HR procedures and policies.
- Resourceful mindset and strong attention to detail.
