As a successful candidate for the Latest Jobs in UAE, your responsibilities may include:
- Perform engineering analysis to determine the root cause of the most critical and repetitive equipment failure. Troubleshooting and problem-solving in a complex environment.
- Managing CAFM systems and Snag reports to ensure all corrective and reactive maintenance tasks are logged accurately with proper details.
- Generate the snag report daily to share with the concerned service provider for follow-up and completion.
- 3rd Party Service provider management follow up on PPM schedule and report.
- To Prepare the quotation, and estimation for all kinds of MEP & Civil work and follow up with the client for approval, Execute and complete the works for invoice submission.
- Manage day-to-day maintenance inquiries and investigate the complaints

Requirements
To qualify for the Latest Jobs in UAE, applicants should meet the following requirements:
- Bachelor’s Degree in Mechanical or Electrical Engineering from an accredited institution.
- 4+ years of experience in Operations, specializing in high-rise buildings under Owners Association Management.
- Experienced in managing the DLP Snags for high-rise buildings, including the identification and raising of DLP issues with contractors and DLP Snag closure.
- Prior experience with managing people.
