- The Documentation Executive is responsible for administrative support for the assigned area.
- This is a pivotal role encompassing, process excellence jobs and a bridge to meet expectation of sales and service levels between organization and customers.
- Main responsibility amongst others is to ensure that emails are answered on a timely basis and pro-actively contact and follow-up with customers, shipping line and customs.
- Coordination with the operations team, transporters and shipping lines to ensure smooth handling of the shipment.
- Should have an approachable attitude and maintain necessary e-mail and telephone etiquette.
- Last but not the least to ensure company values are adhered to and act as a brand ambassador of ATS.

Requirements
To qualify for the Latest Jobs in Dubai, applicants should meet the following requirements:
- Candidate must have well-versed knowledge with Dubai Customs activities like Bill of Entry passing , Inspection booking, Exit Submission etc
- Customs Clearance of Sea import shipments and submit the M2documents to customs on time.
- Co-ordination with liner for ETA, DO Charges / DO collection / Empty Acceptance if any.
- Collection of DO through Dubai Trade Portal
- Inform the customer regarding the arrival / and arrange necessary documents for DO collection in advance.
- Co-ordinate with customer & transport team for the delivery on time.
- Knowledge in freezone customs related activities like Transfer BOE, LGP documentation , Gate Pass preparation is an added advantage.
- Responsible for Job opening, Invoicing & Job closing in SAP system
- Keep record of Duty deposit
- Maintain the record of duty paid /duty deposit and document deposit shipments
- Exit Entry Submission on time
