- Administrative Assistant is responsible for providing general administration, support and assistance to the Quality Director, Lead Auditor and staff in alignment with ADA's adopted policies and procedures.
Requirements
- High School Diploma/GED or with Bachelor's Degree in Administration or related course
- Proven 2 years' experience in general clerical and data control work, out of which, 1 year of computer operation
- Experience in aviation industry is an advantage
- Good communication and self-correspondence skills
- Computer literate and proficient in MS Office
- English typing of 40 w.p.m.
- Excellent time management skills and the ability to prioritize work
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to multi-task
