Responsibilities

• Perform maintenance and repairs on a range of construction equipment.
• Troubleshoot and resolve mechanical and electrical issues.
• Ensure equipment operates efficiently and safely.

Requirements

Education:

• A high school diploma or equivalent is often required.
• A technical diploma or certification in automotive, diesel, heavy equipment, or mechanical technology is preferred

Skills:

• Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to diagnose and repair mechanical and electrical issues.
• Familiarity with tools, diagnostic equipment, and repair techniques for heavy machinery.
• Ability to read and interpret technical manuals, schematics, and blueprints.
• Basic computer skills for diagnostic software and reporting
