 We are looking to hire in:

•  Group Company – Gulf Group Holding in Ras al Khaimah.
•  Position –Executive corporate TAX & VAT
•  Location – Ras Al Khaimah, UAE
•  Qualification – Finance Graduate / Master degree 
•  Nationality – Any 
•  Gender – Any

Responsibilities

• Ensure adherence to VAT & Corporate Tax laws and regulations
• Proven experience in VAT and CT compliance and planning
• Stay updated on any changes in VAT & CT laws and regulations 
• Oversee the registration and amendment requirements for VAT & CT across group companies
• Ensure the reconciliation of tax data with SAP and financial statements.
• Establish systems and process for managing tax risks
• Ability to work collaboratively with the finance team and external advisors.
• Ensure accurate tax accounting in the Trial Balance
• Recognize and address all areas of compliance
• Ensure tax refunds are obtained in a timely manner
• Provide guidance and advice to the finance team on tax-related matters and update on new tax regulations.
• Assess transfer pricing risks and ensure compliance
• Assist consultant to prepare VAT returns for group companies 
• Ensure that all financial accounting standards are considered and recognized to meet all areas of VAT and CT compliance
• Lead and coordinate tax-related activities within the group.
• Ensure intercompany transactions are in line with CT & VAT regulations
• Perform tax activities and entity level controls to ensure compliance 
• Implement and monitor controls to prevent tax risks
• Assess the deductible and nondeductible expenses in CT across the group company financials

Requirements

• Experience – 5+years of experience as VAT & CT consultant in reputed consultancy / Audit firm by handling multiple tasks 
• Good communication
• Willing to relocate to Ras Al Khaimah
• Excellent MS office excel skills 
• SAP working knowledge.

Salary and Benefits 

Salary 8000-10000 Aed are on offer plus company visa, air passage, medical insurance, company mobile sim , annual leave , gratuity etc.
