WE ARE HIRING
- Position: Sales Executive
This is a full-time on-site role as a Sales Executive located in Dubai, United Arab Emirates. The Sales Executive will be responsible for day-to-day sales activities, including prospecting and identifying new business opportunities, building and maintaining client relationships, negotiating contracts and pricing, and achieving sales targets.
The Sales Executive will also collaborate with internal teams to ensure customer satisfaction and contribute to the growth of the business.

- Manage accounts in the Middle East & Africa.
- Research and identify new customer opportunities.
- Stay updated on industry trends and competitors.
- Negotiate contract and commercial terms.
- Travel within the MEA region.
- Promote Fujitsu General products through social media and other channels.
- Coordinate with headquarters, authorities, and notified bodies for product registration.
- Consult with the line manager on sales and operational activities.

Requirements
- Sales and business development skills
- Strong communication and negotiation skills
- Ability to build and maintain relationships with clients
- Knowledge of the Middle East and Africa market
- Proven track record of achieving sales targets
- Excellent presentation and interpersonal skills
- Extensive experience with contractual terms and conditions
- Comprehensive product knowledge of RAC, PAC, VRF, and other HVAC systems
Experience:
- Minimum 3 to 5 years of experience in a similar role within the HVAC sector
- Proven track record of success in the MEA region, particularly in the HVAC industry
- Knowledge of the Arabic language is considered an advantage
- UAE/GCC driving license required
Education:
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field; an MBA would be an additional advantage
PayScale & Remuneration:
- Based on experience and industry standards
