- Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients, understanding their needs and ensuring customer satisfaction.
- Collaborate with the operations team to ensure seamless service delivery and exceed client expectations.
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities to expand the customer base.
- Develop and execute strategies for acquiring new clients and penetrating new markets.
- Collections & Reconciliation - Ensure collections from key accounts within the credit period.
