Requirements

• Minimum of 4+ years of experience in relevant roles within the Freight Forwarding industry, with a strong emphasis on customer service and operations.
• Proficiency in handling import/export/cross-trade business by air, demonstrating comprehensive knowledge in this area.
• Proven track record in international freight forwarding job costing and quotations, with practical on-the-job experience.
• Ability to efficiently manage freight enquiries, quotations, and coordination with both local and international clients.
• Demonstrated experience in obtaining and negotiating rates with Airlines to optimize operations.
• Thorough understanding of customs formalities and procedures in accordance with UAE regulations.
• Current experience within the UAE market is mandatory.
• Possession of a valid UAE driving license is a prerequisite.
