Responsibilities

  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities in the contracting sector within the UAE.
  • Develop and maintain relationships with potential clients, including site visits and presentations.
  • Understand client needs and offer solutions and support; answer potential client queries and follow-up call questions.
  • Prepare and deliver sales presentations tailored to clients' needs.
  • Negotiate contracts and close agreements to maximize profits.
  • Develop entry-level staff into valuable salespeople.
  • Meet and exceed sales targets.
  • Report on successes and areas needing improvements.

Requirements

  • Minimum 3 years of sales experience in the UAE, preferably in the contracting or construction industry.
  • Proven track record of achieving sales targets.
  • Strong communication and negotiation skills.
  • Ability to build rapport and foster business relationships.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field.
  • UAE driving license is preferred.
  • proficiency in English and Arabic is mandatory.
