Responsibilities

• Conduct thorough inspections of raw materials and components upon arrival.
• Verify that incoming materials meet specified quality standards and compliance requirements.
• Collaborate with suppliers and internal teams to address any quality issues identified during inspections. 
• Collaborate with the logistics and warehouse teams to oversee the accurate picking and packing of orders. 
• Implement and maintain quality control procedures for order verification and dispatch. 
• Address any discrepancies in orders promptly and implement corrective measures. 
• Maintain detailed records of inspections, quality checks, and corrective actions taken. 
• Generate regular reports on quality performance and share findings with relevant stakeholders. 
• Communicate effectively with cross-functional teams to ensure transparency in quality control processes.

Requirements

• Education: Bachelor's degree in occupational health & safety, Environmental Management, Industrial Engineering, or a related field. 
• Certifications: Certifications in QHSE standards (e.g., ISO 9001, ISO 14001, OHSAS 18001/ISO 45001, BRC issue 6) are highly beneficial 
• Knowledge of Receiving Procedures: Familiarity with QMS practices and procedures related to the receiving and dispatching. 
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills 
• Teamwork member
