Responsibilities

• Manage the procurement process for Interior Fit-out projects, ensuring timely and cost-effective acquisition of materials and services.
• Use 3 years of experience in budgeting, vendor management, and negotiations to optimize procurement strategies.
• Evaluate product specifications, ensuring compliance with project requirements.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to understand project needs and source suppliers accordingly.
• Assess vendor performance and maintain strong relationships for reliability and quality.
• Handle end-to-end procurement, from requisition to delivery, and maintain accurate records.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent in a relevant field.
• 3 years of proven experience as a Procurement Executive in the Interior Fit-out industry.
• Local availability with a canceled or visit visa.
• A valid driving license in the UAE would be considered beneficial.
• Additional professional certifications are a plus.
• Salary will be determined based on experience and communication skills.

• Bachelor's (Required)

Experience:

• Procurement Executive - Interior Fit-out: 3 years (Required)
• Procurement Asst/Executive - Interior Fit-out in UAE: 3 years (Required)

License/Certification:

• UAE driving license? (Required)
• professional certification? (Required)
• Ability to Relocate
• Sharjah: Relocate before starting work (Required)
