Responsibilities

• Develop and implement strategic plans to drive business growth. 
• Oversee the day-to-day operations of the business unit. 
• Manage and optimize the supply chain to ensure timely delivery of products. 
• Build & maintain relationships with suppliers, customers, and stakeholders. 
• Monitor key performance indicators & financial metrics to track the unit's performance. 
• Lead a team of professionals, providing guidance, coaching, and support.

Requirements

• Minimum 10 years of experience in strategic role in F&B industry. 
• Minimum bachelor's degree in business administration; MBA preferred. 
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills. 
• Proven leadership and team management skills. 
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
