We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced BIM Manager to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for overseeing the implementation, management, and optimization of Building Information Modeling (BIM) processes and technologies across our projects. 

The BIM Manager will play a crucial role in driving innovation, collaboration, and efficiency within our organization.

Responsibilities

• BIM Implementation: Develop and implement BIM standards, protocols, and workflows in alignment with industry best practices and project requirements.
• Team Training and Support: Provide comprehensive training and support to project teams, ensuring proficiency in BIM software tools and methodologies.
• Project Planning and Coordination: Collaborate with project stakeholders to establish BIM execution plans, define project-specific requirements, and coordinate BIM deliverables throughout the project lifecycle.
• Model Management: Oversee the creation, organization, and management of BIM models, ensuring accuracy, consistency, and compliance with project standards.
• Quality Assurance: Implement robust quality control processes to review BIM models for errors, inconsistencies, and compliance with project requirements, standards, and regulations.
• Interdisciplinary Coordination: Facilitate interdisciplinary coordination meetings to resolve conflicts, clash detection, and ensure seamless integration of building systems and components within the BIM environment.
• Technology Evaluation and Integration: Stay abreast of emerging BIM technologies, tools, and trends, evaluating their potential impact on project efficiency and productivity. Integrate new technologies into existing workflows as needed.
• Collaboration and Communication: Foster a culture of collaboration and communication among project team members through BIM coordination meetings, workshops, and training sessions.
• Client Engagement: Engage with clients to understand their BIM requirements, address concerns, and demonstrate the value of BIM in improving project outcomes.
• BIM Standards Development: Contribute to the development and enhancement of internal BIM standards, templates, and libraries to optimize efficiency and consistency across projects.
• Risk Management: Identify and mitigate potential risks associated with BIM implementation, including data security, intellectual property protection, and contractual obligations.
• Performance Evaluation: Monitor and evaluate the performance of BIM processes, technologies, and personnel, identifying areas for improvement and optimization.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Architecture, Engineering, Construction Management, or related field. Master's degree a plus.
• Minimum [8] years of experience in BIM management or related roles within the AEC industry.
• Proficiency in BIM software such as Autodesk Revit, Navisworks, and BIM 360.
• Strong understanding of BIM standards, protocols, and best practices (e.g., ISO 19650).
• Excellent communication, leadership, and interpersonal skills.
• Proven ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet deadlines.
• Relevant certifications (e.g., Autodesk Certified Professional) are a plus.
