 We are hiring! 

 This is a full-time on-site role for a Sales Support Coordinator. The Sales Support Coordinator is responsible for providing customer service, administrative assistance, communicating with customers, and ensuring customer satisfaction. The Sales Support Coordinator will work closely with the sales team to coordinate and assist with customer orders, including order entry, tracking, and reporting.

Requirements

• Female candidates with excellent communication skills. 
• Analytical skills and attention to detail. 
• Excellent customer service and problem-solving skills. 
• Strong administrative assistance and organizational skills. 
• Proficient in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel and Word. 
• Prior experience working in a sales support or customer service role is preferred. 
• Experience in technical sales, refrigeration or HVAC industry is a plus. 
• A Bachelor's degree in Business, Management, Communications or a related field is preferred. 

Experience 

• Beginner / Entry Level with 1-2 years of work experience.
