Responsibilities

• The ideal candidate will be responsible in coordinating sales activities and ensuring they are executed efficiently.
• Providing support to the sales team and assisting with customer inquiries.
• Communication with customers with regard to sales orders.
• Providing excellent customer service and building strong relationships with clients.
• Coordinating and creating sales orders and ensuring timely delivery to customers.

Requirements

• Minimum 1 year experience in working as a sales coordinator or a similar role.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Excellent organizational and time-management abilities.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and ERP system (Odoo System) will be an added advantage.
• Previous experience in e-commerce will also be an added advantage.
