• Client Consultation: Interacting with clients to understand their property requirements, preferences, and budget.
• Property Marketing: Preparing and presenting property listings to potential buyers or tenants through various marketing channels.
• Property Evaluation: Conducting property valuations, analyzing market trends, and providing accurate information to clients.
• Negotiationand Sales: Facilitating property transactions, negotiating deals, and ensuring a smooth sales process.
• Client Relationship Management: Building and maintaining strong relationships with clients, addressing their concerns, and providing exceptional customer service.

Requirements

• A passion for real estate and strong knowledge of the local property market.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Proven sales experience, preferably in the real estate industry.

• Valid real estate license (preferred).
• Valid UAE Driving license (preferred).
