Description

The Operations Assistant will be responsible for assisting with the daily operations of the company. This individual will work closely with the operations team to ensure efficient and effective operations, as well as provide administrative support to the team. Responsibilities: - Prepare and maintain reports, documents and records related to operations - Collaborate with other departments to ensure smooth operations and maintain high levels of customer satisfaction - Assist in the development and implementation of operational policies and procedures - Assist with budgeting and expense tracking for the operations department - Participate in special projects and initiatives as needed - Perform general administrative tasks such as scheduling meetings, taking minutes, and maintaining databases

Requirements

• Excellent written and verbal communication skills. 
• Superb organizational abilities. 
• Outstanding interpersonal skills. 
• Assist the Operations executive with operational issues. 
• Organize and coordinate staff events. 
• Prepare and filing forms and other documents. 
• Keep detailed records for taxes and audits. 
• Strict adherence to internal company policies. 
• Assist in ISO audits & certification. 
• Willingness to learn.
