Hiring: Logistics Coordinator

AED 6,000 - AED 7,000 per month

Responsibilities

•  Coordinating with clearing agents for the clearance of the shipment
• File (retrieve) all the import and export customs documents
• Coordinating with customer /sales engineer/order processing team for the day-to-day deliveries
• Handle custom clearance procedures of Dubai / UAE Customs for import/export shipments
• Generating essential shipping documentation, such as COO, Invoices, Packing lists, LGP
• Coordinate and negotiate best rates for transport/shipping
• Follow up with forwarders to ensure timely execution and delivery of shipments
• Coordinate all shipment-related activities of customers
• Manage import and export shipments on time with minimum cost

Requirements

• Minimum 3 years industry experience, preferrrebly inside JAFZA
• Knowledge of regulation, rules, and best practices of logistics in Jebel Ali Free Zone, Dubai - E MIRSAL 2
• Should have knowledge of logistics for import, export, shipping, customs clearance, and documentation.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Able to use MS Office and Excel, Fluent in English and Hindi
