Requirements
- Minimum of 3 years' experience working in an HR generalist capacity with a keen focus on payroll, employee engagements and HR Practices
- Experience of multiple stakeholder relationship management and employee relations.
- A relevant bachelor's degree or diploma
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- Strong ICT skills ideally with experience in ERP system

As a part of the collaboration, Vivasvaan Industrial Co. is the sole manufacturer and distributor for Marshall-Tufflex’s conduit range produced to comply with the highest international quality standards, particularly - British Standard BS EN IEC 61386-21:2021+A11:2021.
From its factory located in Abu Dhabi, and via its trading arm Aquaplex, Vivasvaan Industrial Co. will distribute Marshall-Tufflex black and white conduits and fittings 20mm to 50mm, plus surface and flush-mounted boxes. Vivasvaan Industrial Co. will supply these high-quality cable management products to a range of markets including, commercial, industrial, healthcare, and education. These products are manufactured to the same Marshall-Tufflex specifications and standards, offering customers in the Gulf region a chance to experience best-in-class quality as they would expect from Marshall-Tufflex’s manufacturing facility in the UK.
Going forward Vivasvaan Industrial Co. has plans to produce several other products required for the ever-growing construction sector catering to not only GCC markets but including PAN Arab regions.
