Responsibilities

• Sending SOA to direct customers and agents. 
• Follow up with customers and agents for payments. 
• Receiving payments from customers and agents and allocate it against invoices and updatethe statement. 
• Sorting out the disputes with customers and agents by coordinating with operations/pricing and billingteam and issuing Credit notes if required.

Requirements

• Experience: Minimum 4-5 years 
• Qualification: Bachelors / Master's Degree 
• Nationality: Any 

Skills required: 

• Effective Communication 
• Negotiation skills 
• Debt recovery management
