Responsibilities

• Plan digital Marketing roadmap consultation with key stakeholders
• Develop Digital marketing strategies to meet business needs (including rooms, F&B, MICE, Wedding, Spa, etc.).
• Strategy development for all digital marketing channels (including Social media, email marketing, paid media, bloggers, and influencers)
• Prepare monthly reports, identify market trends, analyze business performance, and develop appropriate action plans aligned with goals
• Measure and report the performance of all digital marketing campaigns, and assess against goals (ROI and KPIs)

Requirements

• Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing / Commerce (preferred)
• With 3 years of experience in online marketing or E-commerce with revenue goals
• Knowledge of marketing tactics and strategies required
• Ability to plan, strategize and execute marketing campaigns
• Ability to diagnose reports and analyze data
• Possess good time management and the ability to multi-task
• Has good communication and interpersonal skills
