This is a full-time on-site role for an Administrative Assistant (Arabic language is a must)

The Administrative Assistant will perform administrative and clerical tasks, including answering calls, greeting clients, scheduling appointments, organizing documents, and providing executive administrative assistance.

Requirements

• Administrative assistance and clerical skills
• Two to three years experience in UAE as an administrative secretary
• Excellent phone etiquette and communication skills
• Experience in executive administrative assistance is preferred
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field is preferred
• Experience in the finance or auditing industry is a plus
