 DAR AL OMRAN ARCHITECTURAL & ENGINEERING CONSULTANTS is seeking high calibre applicants for Sewerage and Drainage Supervision project in Dubai- UAE to fill the following positions:

1. Resident Engineer
2. Civil Engineer
3. Quantity Surveyor
4. Material Inspector
5. Planning Engineer
6. Inspector
7. Surveyor
8. Draughtsman
9. Document Controller
10. Health and Safety Engineer
11. Safety Officer
12. NOC Engineer

Candidates shall have solid consultancy supervision experience.

Profession level in English and Arabic (speaking and writing)

Requirements

1) Resident Engineer:

• He shall have a relevant degree from a recognized university and 20 years of experience in a senior-level position.

2) Civil Engineer:

• He shall have a civil engineering degree from a recognized university and 15 years of Project-related relevant experience.

3) Quantity Surveyor:

• Relevant tertiary qualification(s); BSc QS preferred. Professional Qualifications; e.g., MRICS Ten years of experience in quantity surveying.

4) Material Inspector:

• He must have seven years of experience in similar projects and technical engineering background. He must be a holder of Dubai Central Laboratory Approval.

5) Planning Engineer:

• The Planning engineer must have a relevant degree from a recognized university and a civil engineering background with knowledge and work experience of not less than ten years in design and construction programming/planning of similar projects.

6) Inspector:

• The Inspector must have relevant technical qualifications and over seven years of experience in the construction and supervision of stormwater, Drainage, Irrigation, and Foul Drainage Connections and Miscellaneous Works.

7) Surveyor:

• The surveyor must have relevant technical qualifications and not less than seven years of experience in survey work with modern instruments related to stormwater, drainage, irrigation, foul Drainage connections, and miscellaneous works.

8) Draughtsman:

• Draughtsman must have relevant technical qualifications and must have not less than seven years of experience in drafting related to stormwater, Drainage, Irrigation, and Foul Drainage Connections and miscellaneous works.

9) Document Controller:

• Maintains and manages all important documents for a particular project and assures that it is easily accessible and stored.

10) Health and Safety Engineer:

• He must have the following qualifications: •A bachelor's degree or higher in engineering, preferably in civil environmental, or health and safety engineering with ten (10) years of experience in the field of safety of networks construction, •A strong understanding of health and safety laws, regulations, and standards.

11) Safety Officer:

• He must have relevant technical qualifications with the following minimum requirements: - Diploma in Civil Engineering/safety from relevant tertiary Institute with two years of experience in the field of safety of networks construction.

12) NOC Engineer:

• Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering or related field.
