Requirements

• Candidate must have at least 1 year of Retail banking experience in credit card sales and personal finance(mandatory).
• Candidate must have banking sales Experience in UAE/Home country.
• The candidate must be available in UAE for an interview.
• Candidate must have a Bachelor's degree in any discipline.
• Ability to work collaboratively within a team and independently to achieve monthly sales targets.
• Proven track record in sales, preferably within the banking or financial services sector.
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills to engage with clients.
• Customer-focused mindset with a dedication to delivering outstanding service.
• Can generate new leads through cold calling and personal referrals.
