 We're looking for an energetic Technical Sales Engineer having solid experience in structural restoration & strengthening in UAE. The successful candidate must have hands-on experience developing and maintaining strong relationships with clients, achieving sales targets, and providing technical support to clients and end users.

To be considered for this role you must have excellent communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to manage sales activities within the Structural Strengthening and Restoration firms in the construction industry.

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain effective relationships with existing and new potential customers.
• Develop and maintain a broad network of contacts/customers within the Structural
• Strengthening and Restoration business/industry to generate leads and potential business opportunities.
• Use effective sales techniques to negotiate and close profitable new business in alignment with the sales goals.
• Involve relevant functions such as Business Development, Product, Application, etc. to evaluate the technical viability of the solution provided.
• Follow up on awarded projects and coordinate with relevant departments for project completion as per agreed timelines.
• Complete weekly/monthly sales reports to the management e.g. Sales KPIs, sales activities, opportunities, risks, commitments, etc.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s Degree in Civil
• 2+ years of field sales experience specifically for restoration & strengthening projects.
• Excellent negotiation and customer management skills.
• Presentable, confident & good in communication.
• Proficient MS Office Skills.
• Valid UAE driving license
