Responsibilities
Senior Associate-Landscape Architect
- Provide leadership, management, and direction in a manner consistent with the SIEC Group values.
- Prepare or oversee the preparation of landscape architectural plans, specifications, and drawings for construction.
- Effectively assess team and individual strengths and development needs, putting in place appropriate actions/learning requirements.
- Provide and maintain high standards of design, construction, and contract management, and support the senior colleagues in maintaining standards and ensuring compliance.
- Prepare and check drawings and specifications, for the schemes technical accuracy and compliance with appropriate standards.
- Lead and manage the delivery of a design review service across multi-disciplines, maintaining and promoting high standards of design, construction, and contract management and promoting Sustainable Design across the team, and within projects wherever possible.
Associate-Landscape Architect

Senior / Lead Level Architect
- Working independently or with Consultants, Architects & Engineers, designs and prepares, and coordinates implementation of projects, oversees the work, and administers consultant construction.
- Aiding the Lead Architect with all aspects of design development.
- Responsible for the design development of projects from concept to completion.
- Responsible for all local authority compliance and code compliance.
- Responsible for all technical detailing of the project.
- Responsible for meeting the brief from an operational and functional perspective.
- Responsible for reviewing the project specification under the direction of the Lead and Design Architect.
- Review of all drawing packages to ensure full coordination and technical excellence is achieved prior to issue.
- Assist the design architect with sourcing suitable materials and construction systems in line with the architectural design intent.
- Responsible for issuing all drawings, specifications, documentation, etc. Ensuring correct procedures are in order and issue registers are up to date and accurate.
- Monitor and ensure smooth progress for all local authority submissions.
- Assist the Technical Manager and provide ideas relating to project implementation to enable work to become more efficient, better coordinated, etc.
- Ensure sub-consultants requirements are adequately incorporated in drawing packages.
Architects BIM Technologist
- Aiding the technical team with all aspects of design development.
- Support the design development of projects from concept to completion.
- Assist on all drawing packages using Revit, BIM 360, Auto CAD, and another drawing
- production base program to ensure full coordination and technical excellence are achieved prior to the issue
- Create detailed design drawings
- Prepares final drawings by studying Architectural and Engineering sketches, and supporting documents;
- Developing a layout of the project, components, and parts; drawing multiple views of the project, and components, depicting the relationship of components and parts, identifying dimensions, angles, curvatures, tolerances, and materials.
- Coordinate all information throughout the entire project.
- Modifies drawings as per Architects and Engineers instructions.
- Resolves discrepancies by collecting and analyzing information, and conferring with Architects and Engineers.
- Support for all local authority compliance and code compliance.

Requirements
Senior Associate-Landscape Architect
- Bachelor's degree in Landscape Architecture or related field.
- 15+ years of related experience in planning, design, and construction administration.
- Proficient landscape architectural drafting/drawing ability.
- Experience in coordinating the design process.
- Excellent communications skills, both written and oral.
- Strong knowledge of the local Flora of the UAE and KSA.
Associate-Landscape Architect
- Bachelor's degree in Landscape Architecture or related field.
- 10+ years of related experience in planning, design, and construction administration.
- Proficient landscape architectural drafting/drawing ability.
- Experience in coordinating the design process.
- Excellent communications skills, both written and oral.
- Strong knowledge of the local Flora of the UAE and KSA.
Associate Architect
- Bachelor's degree in Architecture or related field
- 10 years of related experience in planning, design and construction administration.
- Experience in coordinating the design process.
- Familiarity with building/life safety codes and handicapped accessibility requirements.
- Drawing production experience, preferably Revit, AutoCAD.
- Proficient architectural drafting/drawing ability.
- Good communications skills, both written and oral.
Senior / Lead Level Architect
- Bachelor’s Degree in Architecture.
- 10 - 15 years of Architecture experience. “at least 5 years in GCC, Preferred UAE / KSA knowledge.
- Professional Registration is preferred. Estidama and Green Building
- Experience in Autodesk Revit, Navisworks, BIM 360, Auto CAD, InDesign, Photoshop, and other drawing-based design programs.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- Leadership skills as well as the ability to work well within a team of other professionals
- Organizational, project management, and planning skills, including the ability to juggle multiple tasks
- An analytical mind with excellent problem-solving ability.
- Demonstrate ability to organize and coordinate projects.
- Ensure adequate knowledge of specifications in order to correctly annotate drawings.
- Ensure adequate English to ensure correct spelling and grammar on all documentation
Architects BIM Technologist
- 3-5 years of Architecture experience
- Experience in Revit, BIM 360, Auto CAD, and other drawing production base programs
- Ability to work well within a team of other professionals
- Familiarity with 3D drawings and modeling-based programs
- Requirements Analysis, Deadline-Oriented, Self-Motivated, Design Skills, Analyzing Information
- Ensure adequate English to ensure correct spelling and grammar on all documentation
