Responsibilities
- Communicate with customers via phone, email and chat.

- Work with internal departments heads to meet customer's needs
- Data entry in various platforms
- Assist Executives with specific projects as needed
- Assist Customer Support team if needed
- Proactively work with leaders to identify issues and provide relevant solutions
Qualifications
- Fluent Portuguese Speaking
- At least 1 - 3 years' of relevant work experience
- Excellent online etiquette and excellent verbal, written, and interpersonal skills
- Ability to multi-task, organize, and prioritize work
- Flexibly in working days + hours
- Must be a team player and be able to adapt into different worldwide teams
