We are Hiring a Assistant Financial Manager for our company GM Solutions. The Assistant Finance Manager is accountable for the below main major points additional to the fulfillment of the above duties and responsibilities.
Managing Finance Department with proper mentoring, coaching & capacity building of team members. Monitoring and managing working capital and cash flow.
Coordinating and directing the preparation of the budget and financial forecast and reporting variances to the Management.

Requirements
- Accounting degree or equivalent
- Relevant professional certifications (e.g. ACCA, CA, CPA, etc.)
- Candidate should be based in Dubai
- Knowledge of accepted accounting practices and principles
- Knowledge of economic principles
- Knowledge of auditing practices and principles
- Knowledge of applicable laws, codes and regulations
- Knowledge and experience of related computer applications
- Strong communication skills
Responsibilities
- Preparation of notes to accounts and schedules along with workings
- Ensure that all the company's financial practices are in line with IFRS, statutory regulations and legislation.
- Assist Group controller in preparation of deliverables for the Audit Committee
- Analyze the financial climate and market trends to assist senior executives in creating strategic plans for the future.
- Interpret complex financial information and provide updates and information as needed.
- Monitor cash flow, accounts, and other financial transactions.
Minimum Experience
5 years experience in the management of financial systems, financial reporting, financial data analysis, auditing, and providing financial advice.
