1. PROCUREMENT ENGINEER - MECHANICAL
To perform procurement activities of goods and services in accordance with the Group’s policies, procedures, and regulations.
This role will be responsible to procure quality and cost-effective material and create, negotiate, and finalizing subcontracts, rate agreements, and labor supply agreements as per Jazal Group requirements, with the minimum turnaround time, to enhance the company's profitability, by delivering efficient, professional procurement services.
Duties include planning, scheduling, initiating, monitoring, and quality assurance of all procurement and contract activities
- Bachelors in Mechanical Engineering.
- Handling efficiently all the procurement activities related to HVAC, Plumbing, Drainage, Fire Fighting, Spare parts, Consumables etc.
- Should have experience in Ware House, Residential Tower & Shopping Malls.
- Exposure to Abu Dhabi Market is a must.

2. JUNIOR ELECTRICAL ENGINEERS
To implement all aspects of the quality management systems and control site supervision activities provision related to the Electrical Works across the project, to deliver quality installations in accordance with the contract documents, relevant international standards.

3. MECHANICAL ENGINEER
The Mechanical Engineer will assist the Project Manager and the Resident Engineer in coordinating the operational functions of the day-to-day activities on the project. The Mechanical Engineer will participate and handle in review and approval of all submittals by the contractor with a focus on quality assurance during the engineering phase of construction.
- B.Tech or Equivalent Degree in Mechanical Engineering
- Minimum 6 years GCC experience in high rise buildings, shopping malls, warehouse, etc.
- Sound Knowledge about Mechanical systems such as HVAC, Plumbing, Fire Fighting, etc.
- Candidates having Abu Dhabi Experience will be Given Preference.

4. DRAFTSMAN ELECTROMECHANICAL
We are seeking a skilled electrical draftsman to join our company. In this role, you will be required to meet with clients and engineers to determine the project specifications, design technical wiring blueprints, and oversee the installation and construction of electrical systems.

5. MEP COORDINATOR
To work on a regeneration scheme for a large mixed-use development that will host entertainment and sporting events.
Responsible for all aspects of the mechanical, electrical, and plumbing (MEP) scope of work from concept to project completion. Preference is for candidates to have Stadia experience or worked on major programmers before.
EXPERIENCE:
- Must be a Graduate in Mechanical Engineering
- Minimum 5 years Abu Dhabi experience in the similar capacity with reputed MEP companies
- Must possess experience in Shopping Malls, High Rise Buildings, Warehouse and other commercial facilities.
- Should be a proactive Engineer with exposure to design testing and commissioning well versed with local and international codes familiar with HE and Quality procedures
- Excellent people management communication skills and problem-solving skills are also essential
- Should have good communication skills to liaise with Clients, Consultants and Authorities.
- Should be available to join immediately.
Job DESCRIPTION:
- Monitor MEP drawing / material / work conformances with provisions as per specification as per authority regulations.
- Ensuring that the project MEP work is carried out in accordance with the required quality, cost and time constraints
- Ensure that As Built Drawings and O&M Manuals and related documentation are prepared, reviewed, submitted and approved in a timely manner and in accordance with contract requirements
- Follow up closely procurement schedule and confirmations of delivery for material and equipment
- Supervise the drawings to ensure that all services are coordinated with each other and the building structure is complying with the contract requirements.
- Provide Technical support and solve all Site technical issues to ensure completion of Projects within the stipulated time.

6. MEP MANAGER
MEP project managers are responsible for the coordination and management of all aspects of mechanical, electrical, and plumbing (MEP) systems in construction projects. They typically work full time in an office setting, although they may also spend time on construction sites to oversee the work of contractors.
QUALIFICATION:
- Bachelor or Master degree in Mechanical Engineering.
EXPERIENCE:
- Minimum 15 years experience, out of which at least 10 years in Middle East in well reputed large MEP Companies
- Gulf oriented and Abu Dhabi Construction experienced.
- Design background or a proven ability to review MEP designs in a thorough manner.
RESPONSIBILITIES:
- MEP Manager is responsible to successfully plan, manage, execute, complete and handover multiple MEP projects related to Shopping Malls, High Rise Buildings, Warehouse and other commercial facilities.
- MEP Manager job description includes the management of the MEP team to ensure that the day-to-day duties are performed professionally and expeditiously to support the ongoing progress of the project.
- Manage MEP coordinated drawing submittal in accordance with the contract documents.
- Develop, monitor and maintain MEP schedule in conjunction with project field supervision team.
- Review contract documents for constructability, code compliance and functionality.
- Review and advise on MEP requisitions and contractual matters including variations/claims of main contract/ sub-contracts.
- Should have thorough knowledge of local authority regulations.
