Responsibilities

• Lead a small team of Lead generation associates to ensure the function is operating at the needed pace.
• Drive/create process improvement initiatives that benefit external and internal customers.
• Liaise with cross-functional business teams to support onsite training engagements
• maintain data updates and data manipulation
• You will be the point of contact for internal employee issue on various tools such as CRM (salesforce) and analytics
• Keep up-to-date with the different platforms and tools we work with, such as Sharepoint, Instructor Calendar, various tracking and reporting spreadsheets, SalesForce.
• Support the day-to-day operational management of key projects including liaising with internal and external stakeholders.

About the team

The MENA Sales Ops team looks at improving our internal and external operations to minimize time spent on manual tasks and eventually improve productivity. We look into automation of tasks and SOP optimizations. We develop medium to complex tools and solutions ranging from a simple macro/python script up to a full fledged product to address our customers' pain points.

Qualification

• Fuent in English. Arabic is a plus.
• 4+ years experience in business intelligence or business analyst role, including data warehousing and business intelligence tools, techniques and technology, or experience in analytics, business analysis or comparable consumer analytics solutions.
• Graduate with a Degree in Engineering, Finance, Supply Chain, Logistics, Computer Science or other quantitative area.
• Advanced analytical skills and detail-oriented, while also seeing and understanding the big picture.
• Demonstrated ability to meet deadlines while managing multiple projects.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills working with multiple peer groups and different levels of management.
• Positive thinking, creativity, fun on the job.
