Responsibilities
- Writing reports and compiling data regarding existing and potential electrical engineering projects and studies.
- Preparing specifications for purchases of electrical equipment and materials.
- Supervising or training project team members.
- Estimating material, labor, or construction costs for budget preparation.
- Maintaining electrical equipment.
- Working with a variety of technicians.
Requirements and skills
- Degree in Electrical Engineering.
- 3+ years relevant experience in the construction and operations of utility scale power plants.
- Strong technical knowledge of MV and LV electrics and control systems for modern power plants.
- Strong background in both construction and operations.
- Excellent attention to detail and report writing skills.
- Experience working as an Owners Engineer is desirable.
- Practical experience and know-how of electrical engineering
- Previous experience in the UAE / GCC is essential
