Responsibilities
- Manages clients or their own company Citrix system and its other technologies.
- Checking and controlling the server, and offering solutions to its problems.
- Supporting and preserving the Virtual Desktop setup of the institution, which includes, the AppSense and XenDesktop, XenApp, and others.
- Help in organization and management of the business applications.
- Determining the increased cases received by the IT Helpdesk.
- Improving and adjusting the Virtual Desktop system.
- Design and implement platform security.
Requirements and skills
- 5+ years of Strong knowledge in design, implementation, troubleshooting of Citrix XenDesktop, XenApp, Provisioning services
- Citrix VDI Infrastructure support and administration
- Create, maintain, deliver, Virtual Desktops and publish an application
- Have performed in Citrix Xendesktop upgrade and migration
- Experience in Virtualization on VMware
- Handle Daily Citrix related tasks and remedy incidents
- Prepare monthly reports and highlighting SLAs, environment performance
